In your website workspace, configure your bot and verify your Discord server access. Choose a channel for company notifications.
Keep your bot token private. Only enter it in the bot settings.
Request a custom domain from your website settings, verify ownership and let platform staff activate it after hosting setup.
For updates, recruitment, events or promotions, speak to your account manager in-character. A public company contact has not been configured yet.
Website drafts, published pages, company requests and staff permissions are saved in the platform database. Use roleplay details only; do not submit real personal information.

Staff can review and update customer orders, applications and bookings. Website settings, payments and bot credentials stay under owner control.
The staff member must sign in to World Business Hub first. Use account IDs, not character IDs.
Verify ownership with a DNS TXT record. The operator then configures the domain and HTTPS in Plesk.
$15,000 in-game per month, including website and bot hosting.
Create invoice records, then generate Fleeca hosted payment links. Staff transfers require explicit confirmation and can move in-game funds.
Use the shared bot or host your own company bot here. Connecting a server requires verifying that you manage it.

Suspending hides a site and blocks customer edits until restored. Taking down also removes its published version; the saved draft is retained.

Standard hosting is $15,000 per month. Administrators can set percentage offers for billing months; 100% means free hosting. The largest eligible discount applies.
Issued unpaid hosting invoices past the accepted contract’s due day. Check bank status before suspending a client.

Main-site maintenance leaves client websites online. Global maintenance covers the main site and every client. Individual maintenance affects only the selected client.
